Returns & Refund Policy

Tanning creams can be returned if they are unopened, unused, and still sealed in their original packaging (including cellophane wrap).

Due to the nature of the product, tanning sprays and tanning drops are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before completing your order.

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with will not be accepted for a refund.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please don’t hesitate to get in touch – we are always happy to resolve any issues and improve our service for future customers.

Damaged, Broken or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or with an item missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Anything reported outside of this time frame cannot be accepted.

When reaching out, please include photos or videos of the issue so we can assess what happened during transit. If a replacement is approved, the damaged or broken items must be returned to us at your own cost. Once received and inspected, we will process a replacement for you.
